Message	About ten years ago I was using water to air intercoolers. The main issue I ran into was heat soak. Once the system becomes saturated it takes a longer period to cool off than a air to air system. Best route is to integrate the factory AC to provide additional cooling to the sump when the system nears saturation. I believe now they are using this design in new vehicles.
